As part of these efforts, we are actively seeking driven individuals to be Entry Level Account Managers for a global telecommunications brand. If you’re interested in testing your sales and people skills in more of a leadership role, this role is definitely for you! You will be instrumental in driving AT&T's retail sales while you learn the ins and outs of supporting a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities of an Entry Level Account Manager: Act as the main contact for clients, nurturing strong, lasting relationships and managing their accounts. Gain a deep understanding of client objectives, challenges, and requirements to offer customized solutions. Develop and execute strategies with other Entry Level Account Managers and sales team members focused on enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty. Track and analyze client performance data, offering actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Prepare and present regular account updates, presentations, and performance evaluations to clients. Remain informed about industry developments, market dynamics, and the competitive environment.
