Job Description: Proactively monitor applications and advise on solutions that prevent or minimize impacts to a production environment. Analyze and resolve problems according to shifting priorities, time frames, resources, and document resolutions. Complete work in a timely and precise manner while providing exceptional customer service to maintain, and improve applications. Environment Management - application environment maintenance such as patching, upgrades, and monitoring.

Preferred:

Experience in the following areas: Azure. Power Platform. Salesforce. Word Press experience. SharePoint experience - creating and updating sites and resolving user access/permission issues.
