Employee Benefits Sales Executive Our client, with over 30 years of experience specializing in Employee Benefits, is seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Executive. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual to efficiently utilize their business-to-business sales skills to build a sustainable book of business and generate residual income. The company also provides comprehensive training and resources to support your success.
Responsibilities: Generate your own prospects (small & mid-sized businesses)
Set appointments and network with potential clients
Turn warm and cold leads into relationship prospects
Maintain your own pipeline of business
Make presentations and close your own deals
Work with support staff to maintain client relationships
Qualifications: Consultative sales experience (not pitching to B2C clientele)
Ability to self-generate leads
Current WA State Life & Health (Disability) License
Experience as a hunter (B2B sales)
Growth mindset
Expectations to cold call (50-100 cold calls/day)
