Emergency Medical Technician-Basic (EMT-B) Starting pay is $18.99 per hour and up, based on years of experience! Referral Bonus: Employees will receive $5k for referring a full-time Paramedic or $2.5k for a part-time Paramedic (terms and conditions apply*) We are seeking dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to provide exceptional care and support to patients requiring medical assistance. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine necessary care and deliver effective emergency services using appropriate medical techniques and equipment. Document patient information, conditions, and treatment with attention to confidentiality and patient rights. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment to ensure optimal patient care. Utilize essential skills, including communication and operation of medical equipment, to provide compassionate care. Operate an ambulance in adherence to safety policies and traffic regulations for emergency medical response. Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel, as well as fellow EMTs. Minimum Required Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Valid State Driver's License. State EMT certification. CPR/BLS certification. Driving record must comply with company policy.
