: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Plan, execute, and finalize electrical projects according to deadlines and within budget. - Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. - Understand and apply Overhead and general conditions to support the work. - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. - Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates and address any issues. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports and cost tracking reports. - Prepare and present proposals and negotiate revisions to contractual agreements - Attend pre-bid and jobsite meetings
