Electrical Engineer – Industrial Systems

We have a brand-new opportunity for an Electrical Engineer! This engineer will be involved with the design of power systems that keep industrial, manufacturing, and energy operations running efficiently and safely.

In this role, the Electrical Engineer work on high-impact projects across sectors such as oil & gas, renewable energy, heavy manufacturing, designing everything from high-voltage distribution networks to smart substation solutions. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative systems that power critical infrastructure for industrial, manufacturing, and energy projects across the Midwest and beyond.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited)

5+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial or energy projects

PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months

An understanding of NEC/NESC and industrial design

Communication and time management skills

Ability to travel occasionally for project site visits and team/client meetings

Project management or supervisory experience is a bonus
