They are currently seeking a Drainage Engineer to lead critical transportation-related drainage initiatives and support their continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Phase I and II drainage analysis and design efforts
Design storm water facilities such as culverts, detention basins, and green infrastructure
Assist with proposals, scope development, and client interviews
Provide QA/QC oversight and mentor junior staff
Communicate with clients and regulatory agencies

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering
4+ years of relevant experience in roadway and infrastructure design
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Experience with drainage-related permitting (USACE, IDNR-OWR, etc.)
Proficiency in MicroStation/Geopak, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, HY-8
Familiarity with Illinois DOT work flows and standards
