About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, technology-focused Document & Data Clerk to join our busy team. This role is designed for early-career candidates with strong technical training who are eager to apply AI and automation in a real-world legal environment. You will be part of a team that manages technology-enabled document lifecycle—leveraging RPA processes, AI tools, and workflow automation to process and produce legal documents at scale.
What You'll Do:
Manage document intake through automated RPA processes
Use AI tools to review, classify, and extract data from documents and systems
Identify opportunities to automate document capture and processing
Monitor output quality, accuracy, and system performance
Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure case deadlines and legal productions are timely and accurate
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or similar)
Strong interest in AI, automation, and workflow optimization
Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
