Key Responsibilities
•Lead, manage, and mentor a team of roofing sales representatives
•Set and track performance metrics and sales goals
•Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth
•Build strong relationships with contractors, clients, and partners
•Stay informed on roofing industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
•Willing to travel throughout Florida (up to 75%)

Qualifications
•Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience in the roofing, construction, or exterior remodeling industry (required)
•Demonstrated success in sales management or team leadership
•Experience using CRM systems and sales enablement tools
•Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
