Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors.
• Assist with food prep and kitchen organization as needed.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Report any maintenance issues to the kitchen manager promptly.
• Support team members with various tasks to enhance kitchen productivity.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred.
