The role involves identifying, evaluating, and implementing Generative AI solutions to drive business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesGenAI Strategy & Business Alignment:Act as a trusted AI advisor to portfolio companies, guiding executives on AI opportunities and risks.Identify high-value use cases for GenAI aligned with strategic priorities.Develop AI adoption roadmaps and frameworks for AI transformations.Provide guidance on GenAI-related investments, including ROI analysis.Third-Party AI Vendor & Partner Management:Identify and manage third-party AI consultants and vendors.Serve as a liaison between portfolio leadership and AI experts.Stay current on emerging AI technologies and trends.Cultivate partnerships with AI providers and research institutions.AI Education & Change Management:Educate executives on GenAI fundamentals and capabilities.Lead workshops and training sessions to foster AI literacy.Develop AI playbooks and case studies to share best practices.Internal Collaboration & Value Creation:Work with investment and portfolio operations teams to integrate AI strategies.Identify AI-driven optimization opportunities across portfolio companies.Support AI-influenced decision-making in deal sourcing and analysis.Required Experience4-7 years in AI consulting, strategy, or digital transformation roles.Experience in AI-focused consulting practices (e.g., BCG Gamma, McKinsey QuantumBlack).Familiarity with private equity or mid-market companies is a plus.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field or in Business, Economics, or Finance with exposure to AI/ML concepts.Proven ability to track and recommend emerging AI technologies and solutions.Experience in driving AI adoption and managing stakeholder engagement.Why Join Audax?Opportunity to shape AI strategy across a diverse portfolio of mid-market companies, with a focus on driving tangible business outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
