We're seeking a proven leader and strategic business development professional to join our team as Director of Strategic Partnerships. This key role responsible for driving growth, strengthening partner relationships, and leading a talented team committed to improving healthcare delivery across the country. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute strategic outreach plans, oversee a high-performing business development team, and lead initiatives that expand our impact through new and existing partnerships. Principal Functions: This role builds strong relationships with key accounts, promoting additional CHAP services and overseeing the team's accreditation process for timely and budget-conscious completion. They manage customer interactions, ensuring smooth communication, milestone achievement, and issue resolution. A strategic outreach plan secures renewals and exceeds customer expectations. They develop compliant pricing, oversee successful contracts, and maintain positive client relationships, escalating serious concerns. Collaboration with leadership secures resources, and an up-to-date CRM system supports the accreditation process. They continuously improve by minimizing aborted visits and staying knowledgeable about the home care industry to better serve customers and CHAP. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, credential or certificate in health care or related business field preferred. 5 years of managerial experience 5-7 years progressive experience in the health care field is required. *See attached job description for full list of responsibilities and qualifications.
