Are you a visionary leader passionate about creating remarkable guest experiences and driving community impact? Chick-fil-A Garners Ferry is seeking a dynamic, people-first Director of Sales & Brand Growth to lead marketing strategy, guest engagement, and business development at one of the most caring locations in Columbia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies
  • Oversee community relations to include our YES donation philosophy (Youth, Education, Sustenance)
  • Lead quarterly brand campaigns and promotions (e.g., product launches, guest giveaways, in-store activations)
  • Build and nurture community partnerships with schools, businesses, and nonprofits
  • Oversee digital media production (e.g., storytelling, podcast/video development)
  • Analyze sales data, OSAT, and guest frequency metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Direct guest engagement strategies across catering, delivery, drive-thru, and dine-in channels
  • Collaborate with team members to train and inspire excellent guest communication and service
  • Maintain brand consistency in-store, online, and throughout local marketing channels
  • Lead monthly Sales & Brand L10 meetings using the EOS model to track Rocks and KPIs
  • Oversee catering team, and catering operations

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, hospitality leadership, or brand management
  • Strong understanding of Chick-fil-A's mission and values
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Data-literate and outcome-oriented (Sales, OSAT, Frequency, Reach, Engagement)
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand design
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage projects from concept to execution
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Final Cut Pro is a plus
  • Ability to lead others
  • Ability to communicate/coordinate with other departments to accomplish goals

This position reports to the Owner/Operator
