As the Full Time Director of Plant Operations at Heritage of Twin Creeks, you will oversee the daily operations of our facility, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality care. • To excel as the Full Time Director of Plant Operations at Heritage of Twin Creeks, you will need a blend of experience and skills crucial for success in a healthcare environment.
• A minimum of 3-5 years in facilities management or as a Director of Facilities in a healthcare setting is essential.
• An in-depth understanding of senior housing and project management capabilities is required to oversee growth effectively.
• You should possess demonstrated experience in HVAC, electrical, make readies, painting, maintaining carpet
• You should possess demonstrated experience in managing facilities maintenance personnel, including HVAC and electrical personnel, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.
• Order, manage stock and budget
• Be able to supervisor housekeepers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems for efficient reporting is a must, along with familiarity with project management tools and Point of Sale systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital, as is effective leadership in managing performance, career development, and coaching within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
