Your role as a Director of Plant Operations

As the Full Time Director of Plant Operations at Heritage of Twin Creeks, you will oversee the daily operations of our facility, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality care. Your primary responsibilities will include managing maintenance and safety protocols, implement efficient processes, and coordinating with various departments to ensure optimal functionality. You will conduct regular inspections to uphold compliance with health standards and regulations while leading and mentoring your team. Additionally, you'll oversee inventory management, budget planning, and resource allocation to enhance operational efficacy. What we're looking for in a Director of Plant Operations
  • To excel as the Full Time Director of Plant Operations at Heritage of Twin Creeks, you will need a blend of experience and skills crucial for success in a healthcare environment.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in facilities management or as a Director of Facilities in a healthcare setting is essential.
  • An in-depth understanding of senior housing and project management capabilities is required to oversee growth effectively.
  • You should possess demonstrated experience in HVAC, electrical, make readies, painting, maintaining carpet
  • You should possess demonstrated experience in managing facilities maintenance personnel, including HVAC and electrical personnel, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.
  • Order, manage stock and budget
  • Be able to supervisor housekeepers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems for efficient reporting is a must, along with familiarity with project management tools and Point of Sale systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital, as is effective leadership in managing performance, career development, and coaching within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
