Our client, PRS, is seeking a qualified Director / Manager of Educational Services / Training to assist in implementing and supporting cloud-based systems.

Oversee all external and internal training, including strategy, content creation, and delivery.
Shape future training and services strategy to support organizational growth.
Collaborate directly with upper management, playing a critical role in company success.
Utilize leadership and understanding of end-user expectations to enhance training effectiveness.
Qualifications: BS Degree in relevant field preferred (Training, Development, Education, Learning Design, etc.); Master’s a plus.
10+ years in eLearning, instructional design, or related fields.
5+ years leading training and eLearning teams.
Experience with government contracting (GovCon) preferred; finance or accounting background a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Strong project management skills.
Exceptional written and grammatical skills.
Responsibilities: Create and execute training strategies to maximize client adoption, revenue, and internal expertise.
Oversee design and creation of training content, ensuring best practices and brand consistency.
Deliver live and pre-recorded training to clients and partners.
Design and deliver eLearning courses, workshops, and training materials.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to introduce new features through training and content.
Work with stakeholders to develop solutions and training for sales, services, and new employees.
Manage the client-facing Learning Management System (LMS).
Evaluate program effectiveness using success metrics and feedback.
Maintain a positive team culture and lead, mentor, and grow training professionals.
Ensure training programs comply with legal, regulatory, and company guidelines.
