Overview: RPM Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and driven Director of Business Development to lead our growth in the rapidly evolving space of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM). This role is ideal for a high-energy sales executive with strong healthcare relationships and a passion for building strategic partnerships that drive measurable impact. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll be responsible for booking high-value meetings with C-suite decision-makers, converting prospects into clients, and shaping outreach strategies that grow RPM Healthcare’s national presence. About RPM Healthcare: RPM Healthcare delivers full-service remote patient monitoring solutions that simplify chronic care management for providers and patients. Acting as an extension of the practice, we handle everything from awareness and enrollment to clinical coaching and device delivery. Our platform is user-friendly, EMR-integrated, and designed to streamline care delivery across conditions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute outbound strategies to connect with executives at hospitals, health systems, and provider groups.
Lead cold-calling and outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Deliver compelling pitches to healthcare leaders that demonstrate ROI and patient outcomes.
Own the full sales cycle—from outreach and discovery to proposal and contract close.
Manage a growing pipeline and document outreach activity, follow-ups, and progression.
Collaborate with internal marketing and clinical teams to ensure alignment on positioning.
Consistently meet and exceed targets for meetings booked and deals closed.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Track market shifts in RPM, value-based care, and reimbursement to inform strategy.
Qualifications: 5+ years in business development, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or SaaS
Proven success with cold outreach and securing executive-level meetings
Familiarity with RPM, CCM, EMRs, or chronic care solutions strongly preferred
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage a long sales cycle and coordinate across teams
Experience selling to health systems or provider networks a strong plus
Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Willingness to travel 10–20% for key meetings or conferences
