Position Overview: The Director for FFC Behavioral Health Services is responsible for the oversight of clinically related services provided by the Family Foster Care Department in all 3 locations. This position directly supervises Psychologists, Clinicians, Sociotherapy Supervisors, support staff and students. The position ensures the optimal delivery of clinical services and crisis support to children and families, and provides consultation and guidance to staff around clinical interventions and adherence to all regulations related to ACS and 29i. Position Qualifications : Doctoral degree in clinical, school or counseling psychology (licensed as New York State psychologist) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Experience as mental health professional with families and child/adolescent population. Foster care experience strongly preferred. Bi lingual preferred. This role is based out of our Harlem office, but will require occasional travel to our Queens and Bronx offices as well.
