Thoroughly cleans pots and pans in a 3-compartment sink. Sweep/mops kitchen areas. Operates dish cleaning machine. Returns clean dishes to proper area. Other duties upon necessity The value youll bring to the team: Maintains condition and cleaning of floors, dishroom equipment, potsink, work station and equipment used in performance of all duties. Empties department trash cans and removes trash to the dock for compacting and placement in appropriate containers. Drains and cleans dish machine at designated times. Monitors and records dish machine temperatures at designated times, PSI and corrective actions on logs. Monitors and records pot sink sanitation levels on log as indicated. Participates in dish room duties of dumping, loading and unloading. Washes pots and pans in 3 compartment sink as needed. Uses cleaning chemicals correctly and in required concentrations. Performs other duties as assigned in caf, catering, and/or production. The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed: Minimum qualifications: Able to communicate in English Good customer service skills required Preferred qualification: At least one year experience in food service experience in hospitality or healthcare industry.
