Savi Gurus is currently seeking an IT Desktop Support Analyst to assist with our St. Louis-based client's technical support team. This role will focus on supporting day-to-day troubleshooting, conducting technical knowledge transfer and maintaining clear technical documentation, all aligned with ITIL best practices. Ideal candidates should have:
Experience with workstation patching, endpoint management, and incident resolution workflows Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine, and cloud-based tools/platforms (e.g., Azure, M365) Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, EasyVista, or BMC Remedy Ability to document support procedures, write technical guides, and maintain knowledge base content Background in Technical Support and or leading an IT Support Team 4+ years of IT supervision or lead support role
