ABOUT THE POSITION: A well-established dental practice is seeking a General Dentist to join their team in Fayetteville, NC. This is a modern, fully equipped office designed to support a wide range of general dentistry services. Monday – Friday schedule

Collaborative 2-doctor practice model

General dentistry with opportunities for implant placement (office already equipped with Pan)

8 operatories with strong clinical support team, including 2 hygienists and 2 dental assistants

Patient base primarily includes cash and insured patients (no Medicaid)

Average of 12–15 patients per day, plus hygiene checks

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Daily minimum guarantee transitioning to 30–32% of adjusted production
