We're looking for a proactive and organized Pediatric Dental Office Manager to lead daily operations and create a welcoming space for our young patients and their families. Essential Functions: Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of front office and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and upbeat atmosphere ideal for pediatric care.
Training & Development: Coach and train team members to ensure exceptional service, professionalism, and a child-friendly experience.
Staffing & Recruitment: Assist with hiring and onboarding compassionate and capable staff who enjoy working with children and families.
Patient & Parent Experience: Be the go-to resource for families—answering questions, easing concerns, and ensuring every visit is positive, smooth, and stress-free.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain full compliance with pediatric dental standards, health regulations, and company policies.
Financial Oversight: Manage billing, insurance coordination, and office budgets with accuracy and transparency.
Inventory Management: Ensure all pediatric dental supplies and office essentials are stocked and organized.
Scheduling: Optimize the appointment calendar to reduce wait times and keep the day running efficiently for both staff and patients.
Records & Documentation: Maintain secure and accurate records, ensuring full compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
Flexibility: Pitch in where needed to support the team and adapt to the needs of a busy pediatric dental practice.
Qualifications: Prior experience in dental office management (pediatric experience strongly preferred).
Natural ability to connect with children and parents in a warm, professional manner.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with dental software and scheduling tools (Edge software).
Knowledge of dental office compliance, HIPAA, and safety protocols.
A calm, friendly demeanor with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: Starting at $50,000 per year based on skills and experience. Eligible for a performance based bonus.
Job Location: In-person; local travel between offices may be required.
Work Hours : Monday-Thursday (8:30 am - 6 pm or 9:30 am - 7 pm), Friday (8:30 am - 5 pm), Saturday (8:30 am - 4 pm)
