Dental Office Manager Bayonne, NJ | Private Practice | $80,000–$100,000 + Profit Sharing Bayonne Smile Center , a high-end private dental practice in Bayonne, NJ, is looking for an experienced and dynamic  Office Manager  to lead our front office operations. Office Hours: Full Time Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM Responsibilities: Lead daily morning huddles and quarterly performance reviews Oversee front office workflows and support the administrative team Maintain collections and manage billing Handle or delegate insurance verification and eligibility checks Use  Dentrix  and  Dental Intelligence  to track KPIs and drive performance Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain professional records Create a positive, productive work culture and strong patient relationships Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in dental office management Expertise in PPO billing and insurance protocols Proficiency in Dentrix and familiarity with Dental Intelligence (or similar tools) Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Proven track record of improving team efficiency and office systems Compensation & Benefits: $80k-100k annual salary Profit sharing opportunity based on performance 401k with employer match 50/50 health insurance Dental benefits Front-loaded sick time Free on-site parking If you're ready to lead a high-performing team in a well-run, growth-focused practice,  apply today and help shape the future of Bayonne Smile Center.
