Dental Office Assistant Manager We are seeking a motivated and organized Dental Office Assistant Manager to join our growing practice. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Office Manager and dental team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide exceptional care to our patients.

Essential Functions: Assist the Office Manager in overseeing daily office operations.

Supervise administrative staff and clinical team members.

Ensure a positive patient experience and handle concerns promptly.

Coordinate patient scheduling, billing, and insurance verifications.

Ensure the office complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a high standard of practice.

Assist in monitoring inventory and managing supply ordering.

Generate and review performance reports to track key metrics.

Ensure all patient and office records are maintained accurately and securely, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: One to two years of office management experience preferably in a dental setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in office management software and technology. Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in a healthcare setting. Job Type: Full-time Pay Rate: Starting at $23 an hour based on skills and experience. Job Location: In-person; local travel between offices may be required. Work Hours : Monday-Thursday (8:30 am - 6 pm or 9:30 am - 7 pm), Friday (8:30 am - 5 pm), Saturday (8:30 am - 4 pm)
