Max Dental Group is looking for a motivated and professional Insurance Coordinator & Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! About the Role: This is a dual-position role ideal for someone who is equally comfortable at the front desk and managing dental insurance processes. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with PPO dental insurance — especially in out-of-network situations.

Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet and check in patients. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient flow. Verify dental insurance benefits, especially PPO (out-of-network) plans. Submit and follow up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations. Review treatment plans and financial options with patients. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Work closely with dentists and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care.

Qualifications: Experience with PPO dental insurance (especially out-of-network) is a strong plus Prior front desk and dental office experience required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of dental coding. Team player with a positive, professional attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
