Job Description

Job Title: Dental Hygienist – Permanent - Full Time – Schedule 8-hour shift – Monday 10:00 am – 7:00 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Location: Pittsburgh, PA - Work Location: In Person

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive oral exams and assessments of patients' oral health

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing procedures

• Administer fluoride treatments and take X-rays as needed

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care techniques

• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in patient records

• Collaborate with the dentist and other team members to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

Experience -
Must have an X-Ray Certification .Candidates must have at least one year of experience working in general dentistry and be expected to perform routine hygiene duties, including the following: scaling and root planning, FMDs, probing, Arestin application, and taking digital x-rays.
