Experience: Assisting the dentist during pediatric procedures and treatments Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments Taking digital X-rays and impressions Educating patients and parents on dental hygiene and post-operative care Maintaining accurate patient records and managing clinical inventory Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall clinic operations Qualifications: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification (or ability to obtain) CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a child-friendly attitude Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment Experience working in a pediatric or general dentistry office is a plus Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Paid holidays Paid time off Join our team and be part of a practice dedicated to excellence in Pediatric care.
