In the role
Connect with dealership partners, delivering world-class support and solutions over phone, email and video conferencing
Grow and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing dealerships in your assigned region
Assist dealers with understanding OneMain lending products, submit applications, and optimize their success within our platform
Prospect new dealerships, follow up with interested contacts and turn warm leads into lasting partnerships
Monitor dealership performance and proactively engage inactive or underperforming partners
Apply creativity and problem-solving skills to drive results and exceed goals
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and provide feedback that improves the overall dealer experience
Occasionally travel to key markets to strengthen strategic connections in person
Ensure adherence to OneMain policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.
Requirements
3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or inside sales, particularly in high volume or all center environments
Excellent phone presence with clear, confident, and professional communication skills
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Experience working with auto dealerships, lenders or in automotive finance
Strong comfort level using CRM platforms and sales tools to manage outreach and track performance
