Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21/hr
Location: Peabody, MA
What's a typical day as a Data Entry Operator?
- Check data from completed forms and client documents for accuracy and completeness; enter information into the database.
- Complete all assigned data entry tasks within required timeframes while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Review assigned documents and adhere to protocols during data entry.
- Meet job-specific standards and production rates for data entry requirements.
- Provide direction or assistance to users regarding data requirements and paperwork status.
- Sort and file paperwork as needed.
- Perform related responsibilities, such as general office duties (typing, operating office machines, sorting mail).
- Notify management of any safety or operational concerns.
- Support and participate in all safety programs and procedures.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry boxes, bins, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Comfortable using standard warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 12 years in a warehouse, records management, or service-related environment preferred.
