WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for making data work in an effort to enhance the experiences of the organization and its stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze data from various platforms, including NetForum (customer management software), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Hotjar, and social media platforms.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that help the team optimize strategies and enhance our offerings for members.

Provide actionable insights from data to inform decision-making across different departments.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data solutions to improve services and outcomes.

Continuously monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a data analysis role, preferably within a non-profit or membership-based organization.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Google Analytics
Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
Demonstrated ability to present complex data insights clearly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Onsite Mon - Thurs., Remote on Fridays
Location: Atlanta, GA (downtown on Peachtree)
Compensation: $65k-$70k annually
