Position Overview Join our Global Information Security Office as a Cybersecurity Specialist focused on Operational Technology (OT)! In this critical role, you will manage our OT/ICS cybersecurity monitoring systems, ensuring they are up to date and adhere to our established policies and procedures. As a vital member of our OT cybersecurity team, your contributions will help create a secure and efficient work environment. Your key responsibilities will include responding to alarms and events from our monitoring systems, relaying important incidents to stakeholders, maintaining Key Performance Areas (KPAs), and training asset owners to enhance the effectiveness of our cybersecurity tools. Job Description This hybrid position is available at any of our United States locations, including College Station, Texas; Holly Springs, North Carolina; and Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. Principal Accountabilities: Maintain and update OT cybersecurity solutions according to our policies. Analyze system and network behaviors to identify suspicious activities and respond to alerts. Ensure information in cybersecurity systems is accurate and comprehensive. Effectively communicate incidents and alerts to stakeholders. Provide training for system administrators on cybersecurity monitoring tools. Assist asset owners with patching and securing OT systems. Continuously monitor OT networks and systems. Stay informed about the threat landscape and communicate relevant information internally. Document security events and present findings to stakeholders in IT and manufacturing. Perform any additional tasks as assigned. Minimum Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., GICSP). 5+ years in OT-related roles, including at least 1 year in OT cybersecurity. Proven experience with security solution software, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems. Experience with the Nozomi platform is a plus but not mandatory. A combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background to meet role expectations. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Understanding of OT/manufacturing technology design and maintenance. Familiarity with OT cybersecurity response practices. Proficient in various cybersecurity tools. Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security methodologies. Expertise in risk management processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices and relevant GxP experience. Understanding of OT systems patch management.
