Job Summary
We are excited to announce an opportunity in our Project Management Office (PMO) team for a Cybersecurity Project Management Specialist. In this essential role, you will manage the daily operational and tactical aspects of multiple small to medium-scale projects from creation to completion while directly engaging with clients to meet their expectations. You will coordinate cybersecurity technical resources, including scheduling, escalation management, budget oversight, and communication with stakeholders regarding project status. Regular collaboration with internal and external teams, subcontractors, and sales groups will be crucial for your success.
Role Description
Develop, schedule, and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, clarifying roles and responsibilities for each stakeholder.
Effectively allocate and manage resources to ensure project tasks are completed within budget and deadlines.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party service providers for compliance with contractual obligations.
Conduct regular status meetings to keep stakeholders updated on project health using status reports and project plans.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and key dependencies while escalating issues as necessary.
Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, decisions made, and risk management strategies.
Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication and coordination with clients.
Track project expenses and milestones, collaborating with finance on invoicing procedures.
Facilitate project closure upon completion, including final acceptance, invoicing, and conducting reviews to capture lessons learned for future projects.
Support Service Delivery Pods and Consultants regarding project setups and financial aspects.
Work with management on process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.
Engage in PMO team discussions, reviewing active projects and contributing to strategic planning.

Skill Level Requirements
Intermediate proficiency in applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Intermediate experience in managing projects to completion, achieving goals, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum at an intermediate level.
Intermediate ability to use tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or DevOps for project planning and resource management.
Intermediate knowledge of organizational structures and processes at SHI.
Other Requirements
A completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
At least 2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role.
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Cloud or Cybersecurity project management.
Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
Knowledge in resource demand and allocation management.
Experience managing enterprise projects.
Exposure to various project management methodologies, both traditional and Agile.
Possession of CAPM, PMP, or other relevant project management certifications.
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000, including base salary and potential bonuses. Compensation will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
