Customer Service Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Process orders, provide product information, and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed Support internal teams by communicating customer needs and feedback Marketing Support Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels Create and update marketing collateral, social media content, and promotional materials Coordinate events, trade shows, and community engagement activities Track campaign performance and assist with reporting metrics Qualifications

13+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a related role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is a plus Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow What We Offer
