As a Dessert Artisan (Team Member) at Hampton Chocolate Factory, you'll play a key role in creating memorable, one-of-a-kind experiences for every guest. You'll bring energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail to each shift-whether you're preparing treats, working the register, or engaging with guests.

In this hands-on role, you'll help keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly. You'll work side-by-side with your team to ensure high standards of service, product quality, and store presentation. From learning recipes to mastering daily routines, you'll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment that thrives on excellence and hospitality.

Support daily operations by staying organized, following routines, and keeping service areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready.

Maintain a positive, energetic presence and help set the tone during busy or high-pressure shifts.

Model and reinforce daily habits that support a smooth, efficient, and high-performing work environment.

Communicate guest feedback or operational insights to leadership to help drive improvements.

Stay engaged during new product rollouts and assist with team training to ensure consistent execution.

Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and company standards to maintain a safe and welcoming space for both guests and staff.

Utilize tools like Toast, 7Shifts, and Slack to stay informed and help guide new team members in navigating systems.
