We are seeking a motivated individual to fill a Customer Service Representative position with a leading food distribution company in Ventura, CA.
Schedule: 7:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $21 - $23 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Provides additional support to the sales team, directly supporting the VP of Sales.
Career path potential into Sales, Business Development, or Account Sales.
Handles data entry, customer service calls, and cross-department support.
Qualifications:
Must have 2-3 years of related experience.
Customer service skills: Polished, professional, strong phone presence.
Computer skills: Intermediate Excel (data entry, formulas, sorting), overall tech-savvy.
Work style: Positive, sense of urgency, independent, sharp.
Flexibility: Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.
