What You’ll Do:
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their needs

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, tracking orders, and answering inquiries

  • Log customer feedback and ensure organized and efficient operations

  • Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor, even in challenging situations

You’ll Need:
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Basic proficiency in computer skills including email, chat, and web-based tools

  • A high school diploma or GED

  • Customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory; we provide training for the right candidates
