Description This position is responsible for developing and nurturing customer relationships while creating awareness of full range of products and services. Individuals in this role are the front-line for the company and work with a diverse audience to deliver the highest standard of customer support. Maintain marketing and sales-oriented knowledge of the Company’s full product line. Handle inbound and outbound calls to/from retailers, OEMs, distributor partners, and the general public. Consistently meet daily customer contact goals, communicating both over the phone and via email. Navigate Salesforce.com to look up customer information and complete or update account profiles. Communicate accurate product and sample information including specifications, inventory levels, availability, and pricing. Maintain a dedication to customer satisfaction by owning customer issues and seeing them through to resolution. Process marketing sample orders quickly and accurately. Support Marketing and Sales efforts through targeted calling campaigns for special promotions as needed. Assist Regional Sales team by placing orders, qualifying customers, pulling reports, and supporting pre-sale opportunities as needed. Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Skills & Qualifications 1. 1-2 years of experience in B2B or B2C customer service or sales support role within consumer or industrial products industry preferred 2. Order Entry/Data Entry 3. ERP experience 4. General computer skills Nice Haves: - Salesforce.com or JD Edwards experience Soft Skills: 1. open to learn and display that attitude. - Excellent communication skills, both verbally ad written - High level of dependability and professionalism - Strong attention to detail - Energetic, goal-oriented self-starter Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
