Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will play an essential role in upholding our brand reputation.
Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information. Resolve product issues, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Provide product recommendations and help customers with selecting the right equipment. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement. Qualifications
Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. A positive and empathetic attitude with a strong customer service orientation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
