Pay: $18–$20 per hour (DOE)
Bonuses: Quarterly BONUSES based on performance (KPI-driven--$1000-5000 per quarter,)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Position Overview: This hybrid role combines with top-tier customer service with sales via warm leads and customer referrals . You’ll handle inbound inquiries, support order fulfillment, and proactively reach out to prospects and existing customers to promote products, set appointments, and contribute to growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and follow up consistently
Answer customer questions via phone and email
Process orders and provide accurate shipping updates
Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records
Support account setup and product education
Help identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years’ experience in inside sales/customer service.
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Detail-oriented and organized; able to multitask and manage follow-ups
Positive, team-oriented, and self-motivated
