As a Dollar Express CustomerService Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptionalservice to our customers. Key priorities include greeting customers, assistingthem with selection of merchandise, completing transactions, and answering questionsregarding the store and merchandise.

Principle Duties &Responsibilities

Provides customer engagementin positive and approachable manner.

Assists in maintaining aclean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience.

Helps in the unloading ofmerchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transportsmerchandise from stockroom to sales floor.

Independently stocks shelvesand recovers merchandise in the store.

Accurately handles customerfunds and processes transactions using the POS system.

Remains constantly aware ofcustomer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

Performs all other duties asassigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.
