Front Desk / Customer Support Assistant
We are a busy, community-focused insurance agency in Staten Island looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to support our front desk operations. This role is perfect for a college student or someone looking to gain professional office experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and College Planning. Our office is located in Staten Island. I have been a State Farm agent since 2003. I am a proud graduate of Syracuse University. We currently have 14 team members at our agency.
