Part Time Customer Service Team Member

As a part time customer service team member with Zuray Perez Garcia, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Handling claims.
  • Non-payments.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
