As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Josh Terraneau - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries and providing policy information, assisting customers with policy changes and updates, processing insurance claims and following up with customers, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications include communication and interpersonal skills, being detail-oriented and able to multitask, and previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
