Build and nurture strong customer relationships with follow-ups to ensure satisfaction Provide fast, accurate, and friendly support on insurance products, policy changes, claims, and billing questions Educate customers using a needs-based approach to help them understand their insurance options Communicate clearly to address customer needs and support agency growth Offer additional products and services to exciting customer. Work closely with team members for smooth service delivery Requirements: A strong commitment to customer service and empathy for clients Self-motivated Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to diverse customers Ability to multitask and solve problems proactively A positive, team-oriented attitude Detail oriented Ability to work in a team environment Property & Casualty (must have or be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must have or be able to obtain) Bilingual - Spanish preferred In person- Office location: 9662 Queens Blvd, Rego Park NY 11374 What We Offer:
