Bilingual Customer Service Representative
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with Virginia Chan State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed Service may include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Qualifications: Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Self-motivated Detail oriented and able to multitask Proactive in problem solving Dedicated to customer service Ability to work in a team environment Ability to effectively relate to a customer Bilingual - Spanish required Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Are You Driven & Ambitious?
