Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. We currently have 4 team members at our agency. We have 12 years of combined insurance experience in our office. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees. Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Responsibilities
Answer Customer Inquiries : Respond to customer questions and provide policy information. Assist with Policy Changes : Help clients make updates and changes to their insurance policies. Process Insurance Claims : Handle claims processing and follow up with clients on status. Maintain Accurate Records : Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Qualifications
Self-Sufficient : Demonstrates the ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems without constant supervision. Organizational Skills : Maintains structured processes and systems to manage workload, track progress, and ensure accuracy in all tasks. Time Management : Effectively prioritizes tasks, meets deadlines, and manages time efficiently to maximize productivity. Communication Skills : Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and written, to foster strong customer relationships. Drive : Exhibits a strong motivation to achieve goals, continuously seeks improvement, and demonstrates a proactive approach to challenges.
