About Our Agency: Our agency opened in 2018 and has grown into a team of seven who bring energy, professionalism, and strong customer focus to everything we do. I began my journey as an Agent Aspirant, which gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to build and lead a successful office. I'm a graduate of the University of South Alabama, a proud husband and father, and I enjoy golfing whenever I get the chance. Role Description: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Randon Carnathan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year.
