Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries and providing policy information, assisting customers with policy changes and updates, processing insurance claims and following up with customers, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications include communication and interpersonal skills, being detail-oriented and able to multitask, and previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
