Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

• Our office is open Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Sat. 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.

• We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
