Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Handling claims. Non-payments. Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Are You Driven & Ambitious?
