ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2013, and today I have two full-time team members who help me take great care of our customers. State Farm has been part of my life for as long as I can remembermy dad was a State Farm agent for 45 years, and after graduating, I began my career working in his office. That experience shaped everything about the way I run my own agency today.

My husband is also a State Farm agent, and we stay very active with our family. We have triplets who are now in college, along with two younger kids. Outside the office, youll usually find me gardening, scuba diving, reading, or getting a good workout init keeps me grounded and energized.

I offer health benefits and a life insurance policy for my team, and I care deeply about maintaining a supportive, drama-free workplace. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sunny Hall Snoeyenbos - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
